Coming Home to Boonsboro: A New Chapter for Moyanne Harding

After ten wonderful years serving clients in downtown Lynchburg, returning to Boonsboro Shopping Center feels less like a move—and more like coming home.

For over 30 years, the Boonsboro neighborhood has been at the heart of what we do. It’s where we live, where we've built relationships, and where so many of our long-time interior design clients began their journey with us. Being back here reminds us how deeply design is connected to community—and how lucky we are to be part of this one.

Our decade downtown was an exciting chapter. We were proud to be part of the continued growth of downtown Lynchburg, supporting fellow small businesses and watching the area evolve. From the addition of the new amphitheater to the rededication of the Downtown Lynchburg Association, it has been inspiring to see the energy and investment shape such a vibrant destination. We especially admire the resilience of businesses that endured years of street construction and disruption—your dedication is inspiring and you're still there.

When we made the decision to put our warehouse, Estates & Consignments, up for sale this past May —where my interior design office had been based—it created space for a transition that felt natural. Returning to Boonsboro has brought an unexpected and welcome reconnection with many clients we hadn’t seen regularly while in downtown.

What we’ve discovered is simple but meaningful: proximity matters. Being back in Boonsboro has made it easier for long-time clients to stop in, reconnect, and continue their design journeys with us. It has also introduced us to new clients who are discovering our services and retail offerings for the first time.

Our showroom in Boonsboro Shopping Center features a carefully curated collection of furniture, rugs, pillows, lighting, and artwork, designed to complement a wide range of interior styles—from classic Southern homes to more modern, collected spaces. The consistent foot traffic in this area has made our retail presence stronger than ever, adding to the energy of the shopping center and enhancing the overall customer experience.

While my team expertly manages the showroom, I continue to spend my days working hands-on with clients throughout Lynchburg and the surrounding areas. Whether I’m staging homes, working my realestate business with Keller Williams (a perfect fit for me), installing custom window treatments, or consulting on a full interior design project - being back in this community has brought a renewed sense of connection to every project. Like our tagline states " We are your one stop shop providing Turn Key Real Estate Services.

Returning to Boonsboro has reaffirmed something I’ve always believed: great interior design is about more than beautiful spaces—it’s about relationships, understanding how people live, and creating homes that reflect their stories.

For us, this move isn’t just about location. It’s about returning to our roots, strengthening our connections in Lynchburg, VA, and continuing to serve the community that has supported us for decades.

And truly—it feels so good to be home. Let's make something beautiful, together.
